TERMS OF ATTENDANCE

Please carefully read these Terms of Attendance. If you wish to attend, you will have to click Accept in order to proceed to the actual registration form. By choosing accept, you are confirming your acceptance and compliance with the terms set forth herein.

The Gathering will open at 9 a.m. Thursday, April 17, 2008 and close 1 p.m. Sunday, April 20, 2008.

Registration for and attendance at the Gathering of the Tribes 2008, is subject to the below terms, conditions and policies as well as those general instructions found at http://www.dynionmwyn.net/gathering.html under "Other Stuff". By registering and sending us your fees, you agree to and confirm your compliance with all the terms outlined herein and on the Gathering page. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone for any reason. We reserve the right to eject a participant if he or she does not comply with these terms and conditions.

A wrist band and/or Name Badge identifying you as a Gathering participant must be worn and visible at all times during the event. If you have any questions please e-mail us at: dynionmwyn23@hotmail.com

Minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are not the parent or legal guardian of of any minor in your party, you must contact us in advance to arrange for sufficient legal proof that the minor in your party has parental or legal guardian permission to attend this event.

Nudity will only be tolerated in one area which will be identified at the registration table. Nudity will comply with Georgia law as it applies to minors.

Auto, RV and camper parking will be limited to 120 vehicles on the property You will be expected to unload your camping gear at your camp-site and then return your vehicle to the parking area.

Day care is NOT provided. Children are not to be left unattended. The site has a creek and beaver dam pond, which is fairly wide in some spots and deep enough to create a hazard for children. Your children are your responsibility. Children under age 10 should not attend workshops. Children's activities will be planned for certain hours of the day on Friday and Saturday, during the event. Your child will be required to wear a wrist identification band which matches the responsible adult's wristband.

Illegal drugs will not be tolerated. This is Georgia Law. Non-compliance could result in the individuals arrest by local law enforcement officers. Non-compliance WILL result in the permanent ban from all future events. Alcohol consumption is permitted as long as it is used with discretion. In the event alcohol consumption creates an unreasonable disturbance, all individuals creating such disturbance will be escorted off the site and will not be permitted to reenter the site for the duration of the event.

Violence will not be tolerated. Weapons are not permitted. Non-compliance will result in the individual being immediately escorted off-site and the individual will not be permitted to re-enter the site for the duration of the event.

Trash containers are provided on-site please use them. If you smoke, you must dispose of the resulting trash in the trash containers. Please "field strip" all cigarette butts. At the end of the Gathering please take your trash with you if you do not place it in the Trash container.

Refunds will not be made due to inclement weather or other "acts of nature." Absolutely no refunds after April 1, 2008 for any reason, but the fee can be applied to future Gathering if we are notified by April 1..

Everyone is required to do a 2 hour work-shift at some point during the event. This is the way we keep costs down. The work-shifts include: information, set-up, clean-up, creek watch, etc, Sign up sheets for the different workshift slots will be available at the registration tent. Sign up early to get your favored time slot and area.

Merchants identify yourself on the registration form so we can place you in the merchant area.

All Registrations include the camping fee. Children under 17 are admitted free. Money Orders will be accepted in payment if they arrive before April 10. Cash only will be accepted at the gate. Everyone requesting admittance must fill out a membership form and sign a waiver. A valid picture ID must be presented at registration. Click on the following acceptance to go to Registration.
